GRILLED CORN ON THE COB

Boiling may be the most popular way to cook corn on the cob, but the tastiest way to cook it is on a pellet grill. Grilled Corn on the Cob is so flavorful. And it’s quick and almost too easy.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP cilantro
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your grill to 450 °F.
  2. Place corn on grill, grill for about 5 minutes.
  3. Rotate ears. Repeat until all sides are lightly charred.
  4. In a bowl, combine lime juice, mayonnaise, chili powder, pepper, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and cilantro.
  6. Brush the corn with the mayonnaise mixture, and then sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture.
  7. Enjoy!
