GRILLED GARLIC BUTTER SEA BASS

The Grilled Garlic Butter Sea Bass is a perfect start to a truly delicious meal! With a hint of smokiness, it is flavorful, buttery, and cooked to perfection.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds sea bass
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your pellet grill for medium-high heat.
  2. To prepare butter sauce: In a saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic and parsley. Heat for about 2 minutes on the stove top. Remove from heat once the butter has melted.
  3. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic, paprika, pepper, and salt. Sprinkle on all exposed flesh of fish.
  4. Oil the grates and then place fish on the oiled grate. Cook for 7 minutes. Using a large spatula, carefully turn fish and coat with butter sauce. Cook for 7 more minutes. Once fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F it is done.
  5. Remove from heat, plate, and drizzle with olive oil before serving. Garnish with chopped tomatoes or your favorite toppings.
