JUICY GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN

This grilled pork tenderloin recipe makes a perfect summer dish. It’s easy to prepare, perfectly juicy, and brings a smile to the faces of those eating it.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Trim the tenderloin of any excess fat and silver skin. Rub with dijon mustard.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Sprinkle over tenderloin.
  3. Preheat your Z Grills pellet grill to high heat, 450 to 500 °F.
  4. Place tenderloin directly over high heat to grill 15 minutes, lid closed, rotating every 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Remove the pork tenderloin from the grill when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 °F. Let pork rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

    Hi Zgrills – your recipes come out looking terrible when you print them, and there is some add that also keeps showing up on the page when I print it. I am an actual owner of a Zgrill. I would be wonderful if you could make the printing look much better – and you could no doubt still add a footer to get your branding in there.
