PEPPERY GRILLED OKRA

Here’s the simplest way to get tasty grilled okra! It’s beyond easy with just 3 ingredients. With a unique roasted flavor, it’s a flavor-filled side dish to any summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh okra, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Z Grills pellet grill to 400 to 450°F.
  2. Toss together okra, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Place in a mesh grill pan.
  3. Grill okra for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until tender.
  4. Transfer okra to a serving dish, and serve with your desired dipping sauce.
