Make the cream cheese mix consisted of sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and smoked bacon crumbles

Dusted the chicken roll-ups with Fred’s Butt Rub and smoked for about 90 minutes at 325 to 350...

Bast the chicken with homemade bbq sauce in the last 15 minutes of smoking
