Hell on a Hoagie!

Ingredients

  • 3 bell peppers of assorted colors, sliced thin
  • 2 onions, sliced thin
  • 2 large of garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 clove of olive oil
  • 8 fresh sausages
  • 8 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Sauté peppers, onions, and garlic over moderate high heat until lightly browned and softened while stirring occasionally.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. While veggies are sautéing, grill sausages at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or done, turning once.
  5. Remove from your grill and cut in half lengthwise.
  6. Halve Hoagie rolls horizontally
  7. Add favorite condiments to roll
  8. Add sauté vegitibles and sausage.

Z Grilled Stuffed Peaches

Z Grilled Stuffed Peaches

Ingredients

  • 4 large peaches
  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve peaches. Remove pit.
  2. Preheat your Z Grill to 375 degrees
  3. Place peaches on aluminum foil  
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of blueberries into each peach half.
  5. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of brown sugar on each and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  6. Fold up the foil and seal the peaches.
  7. Place on the grill and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
  8. Turn once.
  9. Serve right out of the foil.

Smoked Texas Brisket

Smoked Texas Brisket

Ingredients                           

  • 10-12 Lb beef brisket, fat trimmed to ¼” thickness
  • ⅓ Cup kosher salt
  • ⅓ Cup black pepper

Directions   

  1. Season the brisket with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the brisket sit at room temperature for an hour.
  3. Preheating your Z Grill at smoke.
  4. Place brisket, fatty side up.
  5. Rotate every 3 hours flip over.
  6. Smoke until meat is very tender.
  7. Let the brisket rest at least 30 minutes
