PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

2.Easily grab and lift out the grill rack with one hand.

3.Scrape the rack clean without scratching the ceramic coating.

4.The angle of the handle makes reaching the back of the grill racks easy.

 

How to Use:

  • Hook in the middle of the grill rack so it is balanced and easy to lift out with one hand.
  • The teeth hook under the central rail on the grill rack allowing you to pick it up.
  • To prepare for cleaning, burn shallow grooves into the blade on a hot grill rack.
  • Dip blade in water and scrape back and forth to clean the grill. This works best when the grill is still hot.
  • Dip blade in some peanut or canola oil and scrape the grill rack, coating it in a thin layer to reduces food sticking.

Currently, Z Grills only ships to the continental U.S. and does not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, any P.O. box, or other countries.

Your order may take up to 3 business days to process and may not ship until the next business day. Deliveries typically arrive 3-8 business days after the order has been processed, but this ETA may vary based upon weather conditions or holidays.

Most Z Grills products ship for free. Please check the product page for the item you wish to purchase for further details about potential shipping costs.

Please note that if your new wood pellet grill has already been shipped and needs to be delivered to a different address (whether you simply need to change the location or have made an error in providing your address), there will be a $25 recall fee.

Return Policy

Z Grills hopes that you love your new pellet grill, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. Any purchase made through Z Grills may be cancelled within 24 hours with no fees. If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-833-947-4557. Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the initial purchase will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below.

We accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on pellets.

After receipt, returned items will be inspected and a refund will be applied within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

We only accept returns from purchases made directly through our website. If you’ve purchased through. an authorized dealer, please contact them directly.

After we receive your return, your items will be inspected. You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of Z Grills receiving your return.

Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable, and we do charge a restocking fee for any returned products. Return shipping fees may vary depending upon the chosen freight carrier. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and paying any fees.

Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery, Missing Items, Shipping/Delivery Errors

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Zgrills' customer care at 1-833-947-4557 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.
