Currently, Z Grills only ships to the continental U.S. and does not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, any P.O. box, or other countries.
Your order may take up to 3 business days to process and may not ship until the next business day. Deliveries typically arrive 3-8 business days after the order has been processed, but this ETA may vary based upon weather conditions or holidays.
We accept the return of defective products for 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns on pellets.
