Your initial grill is the one you select and purchase when joining the Upgrade Program. For future upgrades, you may choose any pellet grill model available on ZGrills.com at the time of your upgrade.

Choose the same or an eligible equivalent model, and the grill itself is FREE. You only cover shipping at the time of upgrade. You may choose free pickup at our warehouse (If available)
If you choose a higher-priced premium model, you’ll pay the difference between its retail price and your original grill’s purchase price, plus shipping.

1 General Overview
This promotion is a dedicated care and product upgrade support plan provided by Z Grills. It applies only to designated product models and is exclusively available on the official Z Grills website (zgrills.com). This promotion is not available to residents or shipping addresses in the State of Washington.
2 5-Year Limited Warranty
Both the initial purchase grill and all upgrade pellet grills under this promotion are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies only to non-accidental damage and covers the following components: main grill body, grill lids, fan, cabinet, casters, power cord, meat probes, grates and warming racks, chimney stack, and hopper lid.
3 Upgrade Rules
Eligibility: Customers are eligible for up to three (3) upgrade opportunities at the 5th, 10th, and 15th year after the original purchase date.
Same or Eligible Equivalent Model
Customers may choose the same model or another eligible equivalent model at the same upgrade level and pay shipping only.
Eligible models are subject to product availability.
Premium Model Upgrade
Customers may choose a higher-tier model instead. In this case, they pay the difference between its retail price and the original grill’s purchase price, plus shipping.
