What Is Pellet Smoker?

Pellet grills/smokers are all-in-one outdoor cookers that can be used as smokers, charcoal/gas grills, and ovens. They burn hardwood pellets for either direct or indirect cooking and infuse pure hardwood smoky flavor into your food.

How Does A Pellet Grill Work?

First, the wood pellets are poured into a storage container on the side of the grill called a hopper. The pellets are then fed into the cooking chamber by an electrically powered auger motor. There, a hot rod ignites the pellets and the intake fans bring in air. Heat and smoke are then circulated throughout the cooking chamber.
