Assembly went well. No issues there. Initial startup and burn in went well. Only reason went with 4 star and not 5 is there does not appear to be a total clean out door for the hopper, just for the chute that gets the pellets below the hopper safety grid.

I Love This Thing!!

This is probably the best standalone smoking tool I've ever used. I've used the smoking boxes, etc. But this is the best. They don't compare. I light it and it goes for hours! On a 10 hour smoke I refilled it once and it still didn't burn through all the pellets. A Must Have!

Z Grill ZPG-1000D4E Pellet Smoker - Great Customer Service and Easy to Use

When I received my new Z Grill ZPG-1000D4E Pellet Smoker, a couple of items were missing and the back panel had a dent. I emailed Z Grill, and they responded quickly—sending replacements right away. Great customer service! This smoker is incredibly easy to use. Just follow your recipe, set the smoker to the correct temperature, insert the meat thermometer, and wait until your food reaches perfection. I’ve cooked a whole turkey, pork butts, ribeye roast, chicken thighs and legs, and even a ve…

Adds a lot of smoke!

Works great for it's purpose. Adds a ton of smoke for hours of cooking. The pellets running the smoker stop 'smoking' as much when the smoker is at temp. These guys keep doing what they do. I can see it working well for non-pellet grills as well. Nice little product.

First time smoker, loving the experiance!

Unboxing and assembly was easy. Burn in pretty streight forward. Based on some reading in the Zgrills online forums, adjusted the burnin a bit to prevent hitting an overheat shutoff that some had experianced. First smoke went great. Was amazed as to how easy it was. Had my 7002c2e around a month and have used it at least once a week so far. Purchased some pellets from Zgrill when I ordered the grill and have been happy with them as well. Thanks Zgrill for opening up the world of smoking for me.…
