Need to return your wood pellet grill?

Return Policy

Z Grills hopes that you love your new pellet grill, but we also want you to be fully satisfied. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-833-947-4557. You will have to pay a fee to cancel orders once they’re shipped. Any cancellation made after 24 hours from the initial purchase will be subject to our return policy, as detailed below.

After receipt, returned items will be inspected, and a refund will be applied within 10 business days. Customers can mail the original package to the designated address for returns. For incorrect or defective products, please contact our support team to obtain a return label, which you will need to download, print, and attach to the package. Similarly, for wrongly purchased products, contact our support team for a return label, download, print, and attach it to the package.

Please note that we only accept returns for purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased through an authorized dealer, please contact them directly. We only accept the return of defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable, and a restocking fee will be charged for any returned products. Return shipping fees may vary depending on the chosen freight carrier, and customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We do not accept returns on pellets.

Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery, Missing Items, Shipping/Delivery Errors

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, contact Zgrills' customer care at 1-833-947-4557 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-833-947-4557 and email us at support@zgrills.com. Please ensure you know your order number, your date of purchase, and the location from which you purchased your grill.
