Eligibility for Return

- Returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase date.

- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

- Returns apply only to purchases made on ZGrills.com. For items purchased through authorized dealers or third-party platforms, please refer to their return policies.

- We do not accept returns on pellets.

- Items that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective.

- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.

- Products must include all original accessories, manuals, and parts to qualify for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1.Request a Return:

   - Please have your order number and purchase date ready

2.Prepare the Package:

   - Securely pack the product in its original packaging. If using alternative packaging, ensure no old tracking labels are visible.

3. Return Shipping:

   - Use the pre-paid return label sent via email to drop off package at any local FedEx office.

   - If you choose to return the item at your own expense, please use a carrier with tracking and retain proof of shipping.

4. Processing Time:

   - Refund will be processed within 10 business days after return is received and inspected.

- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Shipping is non-refundable.

- Refund processing times may vary during peak holiday seasons.

- If item was returned due to defects or shipping damage, shipping fee may be refunded.

- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items that do not meet all eligibility criteria.
