WHAT MAKES WOOD PELLET GRILLS SO GREAT
1. The Flavor
The reason professional barbecue chefs use wood is that it provides the best flavor. Pellet grills use all-natural hardwood as fuel, delivering unmatched pure, hardwood taste. Try it and taste the difference.
2. The Ease of Use
Pellet grills have controls that allow you to simply set and forget. One button start-up eliminates lighter fluid. And a digital controller maintains steady, consistent temperature, letting you cook like a pro with zero effort.
3. The Versatility
Unlike gas or charcoal grills, pellet grills have an adjustable, wide temperature range, allowing for 8-in-1 versatility. That means you can smoke a rack of ribs low and slow, or grill a wood-fired pizza hot & fast, and even bake a berry cobbler, all with the same grill.
4. The Efficiency
Pellet cooking typically costs less than a comparably sized gas grill. A bag of pellets (20 lbs) costs about $25 and can burn up to 50 hours. While propane gas tanks are usually $30 for a full tank, and you’ll typically get 20 hours of cook time even when cooking on low.
5. The Value
Pellet smokers might cost more than the grills you find at a big box store, but a pellet grill is a smoker, oven, and grill in one! Every Z Grills pellet grill is crafted with heavy-duty steel and comes with a 3-year warranty. It’s an all-compassing outdoor cooking solution and offers excellent value.

I wish I could provide two separate reviews; one for the grill and one for "other". The Grill: 5 stars. Cooks well and is very easy to use. The design is perfect if you want to smoke your meats as well as have the option to do direct flame grilling. "Other": 2 stars...I contacted customer service because there was an error on the original shipping address (100% my mistake. I recently moved and the form auto-filled to my old address). I contacted customer service within minutes of placing my order, explaining my mistake and providing a new address. The customer service representative responded very quickly saying that they corrected my error and the grill would arrive at the correct address. It didn't. Luckily, my old address is only 1 mile away otherwise that would have been a total nightmare. Additionally, when I opened the box to begin building the grill there were problems with the packaging.... 1) the nuts and bolts are labeled/separated nicely in a sealed package. However, when I opened my box, that package had ripped in transit and the nuts/bolts were all loose; making it very difficult to determine which one was intended for each step and if I had enough of each part 2) there were a few pieces that were warped/bent during transit. The damage was not severe enough to keep pieces from fitting together, but it was slightly annoying Lastly, the instruction manual does not provide nearly enough detail. The pictures are too small and there were times that I put pieces on backwards or upside down because I couldn't tell from the picture which way there were supposed to go. Specifically: the hinges that attach to the lid, which way the wheels are supposed to attach to the axle, which way the vent sits on the drip pan and how to place the wires coming out of the auger. Poor instructions combined with all of the nuts/bolts being scattered turned what should have been 1 hour of assembly into well over 2 hours.

I made a 5 LB pork butt, 7 lbs of baby back ribs, 10 lbs chicken wings and 12 burgers this weekend. The food was great. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, there are 2 spots between the grill and the lid where heat/smoke is leaking. It was 28 degrees on Sunday and I had a challenge maintaining heat. All things considered, it was a good experience and the results were fantastic.

The grill worked great it did everything I wanted it for .I smoked bacon that I had cured and a ham to.They turned out just the way I was hoping.
