Installation was about 1 hr. Packaging allows you to put legs,wheels,door handle and interior racks easily. Just follow instructions. Screw drivers and wrenches included. Turn on and firing up was simple. Again, just following instruction on large sheet. Need to make sure you have purchased supply of pellets. All systems worked effortlessly . Have not cooked yet due to weather but look to coming weekend for some ribs. Recipes are easy to follow from site.

Great Purchase

I've smoked chicken, pork, and salmon so far. Easy setup, easy clean up for the most part, and easy to use. This was my first one so I have nothing else to compare it to, so great for beginners. I love my investment!

Great Smoker

The first thing I smoked on my Z Grill was a pork roast. It was great! I loved the freedom of just making sure the pellet hopper was full and not having to fool around with wood and charcoal!!

Fits great

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Thick vinyl looks like it'll easily withstand the rains here in the Pacific Northwest. Easy to put on, take off. Brass grommets allox for easy bungies cord attachment to tie it down to the frame of the grill. If you're buys a pellet grill, might as well spend the extra few bucks to cover it properly.

My wife got me the ZPG-550B for my birthday. First run was a 9.5lb pork shoulder, a 1lb meatloaf and 1lb of **** chicken. 14 hours later, food for the week and plenty to share with the neighbors. I bought the cover to store it in style. All the food was amazing, btw. I added a small cooking bowl of apple juice concentrate in the back corner of the grate. Keeps the pork hydrated and the evaporated apple juice mixes with the rub to make the rind delicious. Thanks!

Cover

The ordering was easy and the cover arrived quickly. I didn’t give the cover all 5 stars because this cover is designed to fit several grills. Mine being one of the smallest Z Grills offered, it’s a little baggy. It gets 4 stars though because it’s fairly easy to put on and that cover looks way better than my 3 year old grill that had never seen a cover. It also does a great job protecting my grill. Good purchase for me and I’ll be ordering more items from Z Grills. The service and customer service are excellent.
