Great for every day use and smaller batches.
I bought one of these on sale at my local Rural King. I'd been checking them out every time I went there and when they went o sale, I grabbed one. It came with a cover and some BBQ gloves too. I already have a big vertical pellet smoker & a propane fueled flat griddle but wanted something smaller for "everyday" use. This grill is perfect for me. I've smoked ribs low & slow at 225, it'll hold three slabs if you put two on the main grate and one on the top rack. Stick a pizza stone in it and preheat to 450 and it'll make awesome "wood fired" pizza. My favorite thing so far though is using it like a "convection oven/air fryer with smoke" at 350 - 375 for the best chicken wings I've ever had. Crisp as fried with a delicious smoky flavor. Can't wait for next summer to really put it to the test but plan on using it all winter long on nice days.
Bamboo cutting board review
The quality is good, but it is way to small. You can use it to cut a steak, but don't think you will do a roast or bird with it. Kind of a waste of money. The meat juice track around the board it what caught my eye
Cutting Board
The bamboo cut board is a great quality board. It is easy to clean and the size is perfect
Nice quality
Have really been enjoying this grill no regrets at all on the purchase!
GREAT BAMBOO CUTTING BOARD
This bamboo cutting board is durable and lightweight. Highly recommend.
Great quality and shipping time
Perfect fit for my Z-Grills smoker.
Moving from Trager to ZGrill
Having used a Trager Grill for five years I learned that all pellet Grills operate in a similar fashion. The key is learning to to take away the variables. Mechanically the ZGrill is better at disbursing heat, smoke and keeping an even temperature. I’ve had my ZGril for two months and have cooked 3 Racks of Ribs, a Pork ****, Chicken, a Beef Brisket etc. Each time I’ve been very pleased and so have my family and neighbors. I never use the Trager. So I’m giving it to Mr Son in Law.
bamboo board
I've only used it a few times, but I like the thickness of the board. The trenches that go all the way around will come in handy when cutting juicy meats.
